About IncidentTech

IncidentTech Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa, Tokyo; CEO: Koji Nomura) is dedicated to realizing its mission:

We aim to make collaboration and mutual support in system incident response the industry standard.

To that end, we provide lectures and seminars for organizations and companies seeking to improve their incident response practices. These sessions share the expertise and case studies our team has accumulated through years of experience.

Speaker Profile

Koji Nomura

CEO, IncidentTech Inc.

Born in 1986 in Ota, Tokyo.

Graduated from Chuo University Graduate School of Science and Engineering.

Completed the MBA program at GLOBIS University in March 2024.

Before founding IncidentTech, Nomura spent 12 years at NTT DATA Corporation, where he was responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of financial systems. Over seven years, he analyzed approximately 1,000 incident cases and led initiatives that reduced system alerts by 90%, significantly minimizing end-user impact.

He planned and managed incident response services aimed at early detection and recovery and supported over 100 internal and external teams in improving their incident response processes.

In April 2024, he founded IncidentTech Inc. to promote industry-wide improvement in system incident management and foster a culture of collaboration and empathy in times of crisis.

He spends every waking moment thinking and acting on how to improve system incident response and create a world where people support each other. Recently, he has also started to pay more attention to his health.
