Management Team
                        Koji Nomura
Koji Nomura obtained a Master’s degree in Science and Engineering from Chuo University Graduate School. He spent 12 years at NTT DATA Corporation, one of the world’s largest IT services providers and part of the NTT Group. There, he was responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of financial systems. For seven of those years, he analyzed approximately 1,000 incident cases and led the planning and operation of incident response services aimed at minimizing end-user impact.
He has worked on improving system incident response with more than 100 teams inside and outside the company. In April 2024, he founded Incident Tech, Inc. to further advance system incident management and create a world where people support one another in times of crisis.
Koji also completed the MBA program at the Graduate School of Management, Globis University.
He is the co-author of “System Incident Response Improvement Guide: Achieve Results in 3 Months” (Shoeisha, 2023).
                        Takahiro Konno
Takahiro Konno began his career in system sales at an IT services company before joining Mercari, Inc., Japan’s leading marketplace app. At Mercari, he worked on expanding the merchant network of Merpay, the company’s mobile payment and digital financial services platform.
He later joined NTT DATA Corporation, where he engaged in sales for payment systems, marketing for incident response services, and later served as a product manager for managed service operations improvement and development projects.
In April 2024, he co-founded Incident Tech, Inc.
